Q. What is the purpose of the sealer
A. It is designed to apply to any concrete surface to make a non-permeable substrate to stop urine soaking in and causing odour issues. It is easily cleaned and withstands most cleaning products

Q. How is it applied and is it easy to do?

A. The product is applied using either a mop head (strand type not sponge), a roller or soft broom. It is applied straight onto clean concrete so its is very easy to use.

Q. Is it safe to use around animals

A. Yes Odarid Clear Seal is a non toxic, odourless product that can be used with animals in close proximity.

Q. How long does it take to dry?

A. It takes approx 3-4 hours depending on weather conditions between coats and 24 hours to harden. The product is properly cured in 3-4 days.

Q. When can we put the animals back in the kennels?

A. It is ideal if the sealer can have 24 hours to cure before being put into full use

Q. Can I waterblast the sealer?

A. No, A powerful water blaster will damage the substrate and make the surface permeable. Using the water blaster on gentle cycle is fine.

Q. How do we clean it?

A.Use a gentle cleaner such as Odarid Dog Run Cleaner diluted with water.

Q. How often do I need to apply the sealer ?

A. It is suited for both. Outside the product has very good UV resiliance
